Powder coating items must withstand a 400 degree cure temperature. You must remove all gaskets, seals, any plastic, etc. Extra charges will apply for parts in need of dismantling and/or assembly. Media blasting is available to remove old paint and finishes and is included in the above price. PURCHASER expressly acknowledges the existence of the pre-existing damage to parts described above and releases Monterey Peninsula Powder Coating, Inc. from any liability or loss in connection with such damage, including and exacerbation of the described damage.
Cast aluminum, galvanized parts, and welds may experience out-gassing and/or bubbling in the powder coated finish. Monterey Peninsula Powder Coating, Inc. will take every precaution to avoid out-gassing, however Monterey Peninsula Powder Coating, Inc. cannot be held responsible for bubbling caused by porous substrates.
Monterey Peninsula Powder Coating, Inc. does everything in their power to get your items prepped and coated in a timely fashion. Turn around time’s change daily and we do our best to represent an accurate time frame.
Monterey Peninsula Powder Coating, Inc. is not responsible for any items that are damaged during the powder coating or ceramic coating process. Customer is responsible for all interior & exterior cleaning prior to placing items back to use. After completion, any item not picked up within a 30 day period will incur a weekly storage fee. Items not picked up within a 180 day period becomes the property of Monterey Peninsula Powder Coating, Inc.
